Step 1 : Login With Google Account

required to create a Google Account.
Sign in With google account in youtube. You can Make only
one account with a google account.
Once you logged in with google account you are able to see
the youtube page. You will see the username. Click on this to open your channel
Manager.
Your channel name will be same as your google+ account’s username.
